OK, NN4 is back to crap. I was having a strange conflict with Mozilla and NN7 when I posted the pages. Viewed with my local web server, IIS 5, everything was fine. Uploaded the content style didn't set to a white background, making the blue links tough to read. Also in NN4 the nav was jumping around, even though the pages all come from the same template. Guess I'll dump the upgrade notice back in and remove the cool formatting I tried to give NN4.
I sigh for the poor fools using NN4. Though I found out today that I'm one of them when I'm in the server room ftp'ing files to Equifax and others using a batch file. Maybe I'll edit the batch one night to launch Mozilla instead.

Well I just started a part-time position as a Computer Operator (VMS runing on 17 Alphas and a couple of AS400s) at a company called re:Member Data Service, or rds, that provids back office ops for credit unions and banks.

OK, the horrible amount of spam I was receiving prompted me to change the public email on the site from my name to info@cridlin.com. I also got rid of the upgrade notice and tweaked the NN4 style sheet so they get much more like the real thing. With Navigator 7 out, I'm just baffled by the people and companies that keep using NN4.
